2. Log onto our Facebook Page.  You don't need an account to watch the service, only if you wish to comment.

3. The service will begin broadcasting at its scheduled time (6pm Saturday and 10am Sunday). If you don't see it, refresh your page, and be patient. Nearly every church is livestreaming during the shutdown, and with heavy traffic, technical difficulties are always possible.

     COMMUNION COMMITTEE for today is Kelly Thirion & Lindsey Thornton.

     CHURCH SERVICES… 6 pm Outdoor Service every Saturday. Communion

     on first Saturday of the month. 9 am Bible Class every Sunday in the sanctuary.

     10 am Service in the Sanctuary every Sunday, Communion 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th

      Sundays of the month.


    OCTOBER is PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH. This is an excellent time to

    show love, appreciation, and encouragement for Pastor Larson. Remember to keep

    him in your thoughts and prayers.


    ALTAR GUILD…The revised schedule is on the table by the mailboxes. As

    always, if you cannot attend the date you are scheduled, please find Someone to

    trade with or to take your place.


   HUMAN CARE for November will be Christmas gifts for Murray Development

   Center where our member David Kinder resides. A list of gift items is on the table

   by the mailboxes. Gifts should be new and unwrapped and can be placed in the blue

   tub under the mailboxes.            


   SCRIP CARDS…We are still selling scrip during the week and after church on

  Sunday. We currently have $10 Pizza Hut cards that we would like to sell as many of

  the local Pizza Huts have closed. Please think about SCRIP when you do your

  shopping. It is a great way to help our school.  


   TRINITY LUTHERAN in Worden is having a Curbside Carry Out only Sausage

   Supper today from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Cost is $12.00.


   Metro-East Lutheran High School's Student Council is sponsoring a

   Trunk-or-Treat in the MELHS parking lot from 6-8 pm on Wednesday October 28th

   As an added bonus this year, the Drama Department also plans to have a "Haunted

   Drive" as you leave the parking lot in your cars!  We will be following social

   distancing guidelines at this event.  


   Metro-East Lutheran is looking for a Head Boys Baseball Coach, Head Girls

   Soccer Coach, and Head Track & Field Coach for the Spring/Summer Season. If you are

   Metro-East Lutheran High School invites you to an OPEN HOUSE on

   Sunday, November 1st from 1:00-3:00 in the afternoon at Lutheran High.  Come find out

   more about this dynamic ministry and take a tour, visit with faculty and administration

   get information on financial assistance and scholarships, and get additional questions

   answered. This is an in-person event and masks will be required to enter the building and
